11月個展に向けて、新しい試み宣言！
この絵は次の11月個展のメインピース。
ススキの原っぱ / Golden Susuki Field

描き終えて数えたみたら、「え…そんないる？」となったのですが、白い犬が23名もいます。このサイズでは過去最多！驚きついでにせっかくなので、何名かに注目した関連作品もいくつか描いています。
実は私は描きたい絵のネタがかなりたくさんあるため、厳選しつつも片っ端からどんどん描くスタイルをとっていました。そのため、展示会場ではある程度のグルーピングはするものの、基本的に1枚1枚単発の絵をご覧いただいてきました。ですが、この23名が描かれた今作を眺めていると、「関連作がいくつかあると、個展会場だからこそ『あの子がこうなったのね』といった楽しみ方ができるよな」と思いました。「次から次へと描きたい！」衝動はどうなるかしら？という不安は杞憂でして、やってみるととっても楽しく、毎日ニコニコしております。
追って、制作風景のご紹介も予定しておりますので、どうぞお楽しみに！
もちろん、この秋の感じ以外の絵もあります。冬のあったかシーン、季節を問わない「ほのぼのライフシリーズ」（ギャラリーニイクさんが前回8月の個展で名付けてくださいました）も。
最後に…ちょっとちょっと、何度数えても23人もいなかったよ？と思った方、ありがとうございます！残りの白い犬は、会場に来た方のお楽しみなんです🎪✨️ぜひ会場のGallery子の星さんでキャンバスサイドを探してみてくださいね。

A new challenge for the November solo exhibition!
This painting is the main piece for my upcoming solo exhibition this November.
ススキの原っぱ / Golden Susuki Field
17.5 x 22.5 cm, Acrylic on canvas, 2026
I counted them at the end and thought, “Wait… there are that many?” 😂 This painting features 23 White Dogs — the most I’ve ever painted in this size!
So, while I was at it, I started creating a few related works focusing on some of them.
Until now, each painting has usually been its own little world, with no particular connection to the others. But this time, I thought it could be fun to see how “that one from this painting” appears in another work — something you can discover and enjoy in the gallery.
And honestly, I’m having so much fun with it. 😊
