A warm steamed pork bun, shared nicely between two… or so they thought! It seems all the filling ended up on one side! We’ve all had moments like this.
It might be hard to tell from the photo, but I didn't forget to put a nice greasy texture to the other side with no filling. 😉
Nikuman (steamed pork bun) is a soft, fluffy bun filled with seasoned ground pork — originally from China, and now a beloved comfort food in Japan, especially in winter.
